Attention all beauty junkies:
**Incoco tutorial for a French manicure**
Have you had enough of waiting for your nail polish to dry at the nail salon? Tired of overpaying for nail designs where the polish chips off and lasts for only a few days if you’re lucky? Also, did you know that most liquid nail polishes contain harmful chemicals that cause your nails to lose their strength and luster? You shouldn’t have to sacrifice your time, money or health to have beautiful nails. New Jersey is home to Incoco, which has masterminded an exquisite innovative solution in the form of non-liquid nail polish strips that will have your liquid nail polish bottles hitting the road and never returning back.
When it comes to health, Incoco has you covered. Not only does each appliqué have less solvent than liquid polish, but it is also free of formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate and toluene. To top it off, each strip contains tiny pores that give your living nails the ability to breathe freely. Each strip is made from actual nail polish and contains a base, color and top coat which is flexible and can be stretched to fit your nails. Whether you’re in the comfort of your own home or on the go, you can put your Incoco appliqués on your nails. Appliqués last up to 14 days and can be easily taken off with nail polish remover.
Your fingernails will have a festive celebration with Incoco’s patented assortment of nail polish appliqués. Every woman has her own individual personality and style, which can be expressed through Incoco. Some of us ladies are a bit more timid, where as others live life on the wild side. Whether you’re going for a glitzy night out look with the gals I recommend “Ritz”, or for an evening gala event “Champagne Toast” you’re sure to find your type with Incoco. Find your perfect match or find a nail bar near you. Prices range from $7.99-$10.99 depending on design, style and collection and come in a variety of shades and glitters! Being a woman comes with many perks—so make a statement and show it off with Incoco!
The secret ingredient to having a healthy and loving relationship heavily depends on making an effort to show the other person that you care and pay attention to them. Every man has a sweet spot–mine just happens to be in love with a russian style cake called Vafelne Tort which in English translates to Waffle Cake! Although I am a woman, that doesn’t necessarily mean I am the best cook. However, I am proud to say that I can make this particular cake taste mmm mmm delicious!

Work by Stephen Wildish
When it comes to the 1980s, I am crazy, madly, obsessively, head over heals in love with everything having to do with that decade! Yes yes, even the crazy poofy hairstyles, the electrically modified tunes, the outrageous outfits and cheesy teen movies! I will never get enough of The Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink or Ferris Bueller’s Day Off! These are just *some* of my all-time favorites.
Recently, I persuaded my loving boyfriend to purchase a DVD special of Pretty in Pink since the only version I had of it was on (drum roll please) VHS! Sounds ancient right? I probably shouldn’t say this out loud or even on the web but I still own quite a few movies on VHS. Not that I can watch any of them, but I do recall a time when it was time rewind a movie I would use a VHS tape rewind machine. Feels like a flashback in time!
When I saw this “1980’s Film Alphabet” by Stephen Wildish, it brought a huge smile to my face! I was able to name a majority of the films, but some pictures left me stumped. How well do you remember the 80’s? Try it for yourself! I will post the answers tomorrow! Good luck!
No matter how many times you may fail, never give up on yourself! Trust me. Ever since I was a little girl, I told myself that no matter how many times I may fail, I must never give up. Sometimes it may take you 100 tries before you finally succeed–and that’s okay. You will know that you put your heart, energy and effort into your accomplishment.
You will be so proud of yourself knowing that you kept on pushing until you fulfilled your achievement. No matter how many people, obstacles and challenges that may be standing in your way, know that you will get there in time, with a little bit of patience and a pinch of luck.
For some of us, certain things come easier than others. We as humans are capable of doing incredible things. No matter how hard things may get, giving up is not the solution. If you are trying to do something and the way you have been going about it doesn’t seem to work, try another route. When you show persistence and perseverance that expresses determination. Stand tall, pick yourself up if you have fallen or failed and keep your head up high.
All great individuals in this world have failed before they reached their full potential.
Tom & Jerry: If you start to feel trapped, take a deep breath and make a plan for that day. You are only human. Do your best 🙂
Happy Chrismakkuh! This year, whether you celebrate Chistmas or Hanukkah, I’d like to wish you all a very beautiful, loving, warm, fuzzy, healthy and super happy holiday! Take this time to spend it with those whom you love and care about and vis versa.
Tonight we light the first candle on the Menorah, starting from left to right to celebrate the first of 8 nights of Hanukkah. Celebrating the holiday is more than just what kind of gifts we get to unwrap, but about spending this special time with family and friends. I suggest getting the family/friends together and playing some board games or even charades. Get everyone laughing and having fun! 🙂
My ingredients for a healthy relationship…
Clip from movie: Crazy Stupid Love
- A relationship built on the foundation of a solid friendship: A relationship without a strong friendship will never work. In order to have a true partnership, there must be a friendship between two individuals. A friendship in which you are there for the other person, no matter what. You will be there to wipe their tears, to hold their hand, to comfort them, to laugh with them over nonsense and to give them advice when they need it. A relationship takes great work on both parts. We would do anything for our friends; especially for the man/woman that we love. Continue reading
Make A Wish
As a child, I remember being told that if you let a balloon free into the sky and made a wish, it would come true one day. I never understood how this could be possible as a child, but I wished anyways.
I’d like to think that there is a collection of balloons high up in the sky somewhere with my many childhood wishes still floating–maybe one day they will come true. In the meanwhile, I’m working at making my dreams and wishes come true and not letting anything or anyone stand in my way of making them a reality.
**Here’s a super cute clip from one of my favorite Disney movies Up featuring Carl & Ellie. Always be grateful for love, when you find it, appreciate one another and treat each other with devotion, loyalty and never lose your passion for one another.
Classic movies are a true treasure, and have some of the most romantic kisses:
Pucker up. Kissing. Smooching. A sweet exchange between two lips. Tongue twisting. Call it what you will, but with the right person you just can’t seem to get enough of attacking them with kisses! At least that’s how I feel now…♥
When I met the man of my dreams a.k.a the love of my life a little over a year ago; thank goodness I didn’t give up on him after our first kiss! It was one of those kisses that needed to be filmed because it just went wrong, oh so wrong! There was more teeth clanking than lips smooching. To this day he still believe it was me doing the clanking. I don’t think so mister! Continue reading
Museum of Jewish Heritage--A Living Memorial to the Holocaust
We must never forget the inhumanity that took place during the Holocaust. No matter who you are, what religion you practice, the color of your skin, the language(s) you speak, your economic standing, where you live, your choice of sexuality, regardless of your age and gender–all people must learn about and teach one another about what happened during the Holocaust. This week I started an Internship at the Museum of Jewish Heritage–A Living Memorial to the Holocaust in New York, NY as a Communications Intern within their Marketing and Public Relations department. It is an honor to be a part of a team where I can express my skills, learn from experienced and dedicated professionals as well as share a passion for educating all about the Holocaust.
